Welcome to Valet2U Dorchester. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Valet2U Dorchester provides mobile vehicle valeting and detailing services across Dorset.

All services are subject to availability.

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, email or our online booking system.

Appointments are only confirmed once accepted by us.

Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

We accept cash and approved electronic payment methods.

Late payments may incur additional charges where permitted by law.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Safe access to the vehicle. 
• The vehicle is unlocked at the agreed time. 
• Any valuables are removed before the service begins. 
• Pets are removed from the vehicle. 

If water or electricity has been agreed, these should be available upon arrival.

As we are a mobile service, appointments may need to be postponed due to severe weather.

We will rearrange your booking at the earliest convenient time.

Existing damage should be pointed out before work begins.

We cannot be held responsible for:

• Existing scratches 
• Stone chips 
• Poor previous repairs 
• Worn paint 
• Damaged trim 
• Loose badges or accessories 

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and, where appropriate, rectify the issue.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure our website is accurate, information may change without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
