 Yes, you can cancel or reschedule anytime using the link in your confirmation email or SMS. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees. Requests made after this window may incur a charge, as a valeter has already been reserved for your appointment. Our full cancellation policy is set out in our terms and conditions. 


 Not for the whole time. We ask that you’re available at the start to hand over keys or provide access of power point, and again at the end for a quick handover. 


 Yes, we’ll need parking for our van and your car. This could be a driveway, a street space, an office car park as long as there’s safe access to your vehicle and we have permission to valet there. 


 Yes, our vans only carry water, so you all you have to provide is a power socket as we carry 45 meter power cable. If you do have an outdoor tap or mains electricity available, it’s always welcome, You can let us know during booking if you’d like us to use your supply. 


 

After cleaning, seats and carpets are usually touch-dry within 2–4 hours. If the car was heavily soiled or treated for mould/ odours, it may take a little longer.

The key is to let the car air out properly. If doors and windows stay closed while fabrics are still drying, trapped moisture can cause a damp smell to return. We recommend leaving windows slightly open when parked, or running the air conditioning, to help everything dry fully and keep the interior fresh.


 Cash, BAC's, Invoices are available, Also looking at taking card payments SOON! 


 Light rain doesn’t affect our process, so most bookings go ahead as planned. If severe weather would impact the quality of your valet, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no cost. If you’d prefer to reschedule yourself, you can do so online up to 24 hours before your appointment. 


 

Our Mini Valet is great for keeping your car in good shape. It works best for cars that have been cleaned recently, within the past 8 weeks or so. If our valeters see that your car needs extra attention or time upon arrival, we'll let you know before starting the Mini Valet service.
